- Reservations and Payments: For 1 night reservations you must pay 100% of the stay, for 2 or more nights reservations you must pay the 50% of the stay. The guest can cancel or change a reservation at any moment, but the amount paid is non-refundable. In case of No-Show without previous notification, maximum limit being 11:00 AM of the next day of check-in; the guest will lose right of hotel usage without any refund.
- Reservations and payments on the dates considered Premium Season and Premium Plus: (dates according to the official rate), the guest must cover the total amount of the reservation. The exchange rate used will be the one designated by the hotel at the time of payment. The cardholder with whom the reservation was made must be present at check in, sign the vouchers and show an official identification. In the event that a person’s card is not being used at the time of check-in, you must provide another payment method, both for the charges made in guarantee and for the charges that complete the payment of the reservation.
